Fresh Pesto Chicken Recipe
You’ll need:
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Cup Basil Leaves
- 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1/4 Teaspoon Oregano
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Serve with a side of Tomato and Onion Salad (recipe available in the FREE 7 Day Diet book)
Step 1: Marinate chicken in lemon juice, salt and pepper. Fry in a pan until lightly browned and cooked thoroughly.
Step 2: For the pesto sauce, puree fresh basil, garlic, chicken broth, and lemon juice in a food processor.
Step 3: Drizzle a generous amount of pesto sauce onto the chicken breasts.
Step 4: Serve with fresh Tomato and Onion Salad.
