Cookies are often seen as a "cheat treat" and too unhealthy to eat when you are living a healthy lifestyle. But no more! These golden delights combine the delicious soft chocolatey inside of a chocolate cookie with the smooth amazing taste of peanut butter, and to top it all off the health kick you need from protein!
1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup your choice of sweetener
1 cup of chocolate chips (we suggest dark chocolate)
1/4 cup light milk
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius (160 degrees fan forced).
- Grease your baking tray.
- mix protein, peanut butter, egg, milk and sweetener in a bowl. Then add chocolate chips
- Roll the dough into balls and place on tray pushing down slightly. (these cookies do not spread so make them as large as you like.)
- bake for 15 minutes. Remove and let cool.
Serves: 12-16 (depending on the size of your cookies)
