EASY VANILLA PROTEIN & CHIA OVERNIGHT OATS

This is the perfect recipe for those that are always on the go. Prep these oats the night before, for a quick and easy breakfast that's ready to go in the morning!

 

Ingredients

1/2 cup oats
3/4 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 strawberries, sliced

 

Directions

  1. Combine oats, almond milk, chia seeds, yogurt, protein powder, cinnamon and vanilla extract in a small container, and stir well until ingredients are evenly combined.
  2. Cover the container and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. The next morning, top your oats with strawberries and enjoy!

 

Information

Serves: 1

Tip: You can add more almond milk for a more watery consistency, or use less milk if you like your oats on the thicker side. Up to you!
