This is the perfect recipe for those that are always on the go. Prep these oats the night before, for a quick and easy breakfast that's ready to go in the morning!
1/2 cup oats
3/4 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 strawberries, sliced
- Combine oats, almond milk, chia seeds, yogurt, protein powder, cinnamon and vanilla extract in a small container, and stir well until ingredients are evenly combined.
- Cover the container and place in the refrigerator overnight.
- The next morning, top your oats with strawberries and enjoy!
Tip: You can add more almond milk for a more watery consistency, or use less milk if you like your oats on the thicker side. Up to you!
