I seriously LOVE my smoothies and my blender is something I could not live without in my healthy kitchen! If you follow me on Instagram @sophieluxe you will know that smoothies is where it all started for me and I just love the versatility of ingredients you can use to make sure you are fuelling your body to the max!
This smoothie has an awesome summer vibe and is exactly what I needed the other day when the torrential rain set in. I usually drink my smoothies post-workout as I like to train in the morning on an empty stomach...but that is just my personal preference. If I am trying to get a little more protein into my diet I will also have a smoothie as an afternoon pick me up!

- Combine all of your ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Add more banana to make a thicker, creamier smoothie or more coconut water if you want it to be more watery.
