HEALTHY PROTEIN HOT CHOCOLATE

Now that the cold season is nearly here, we have come up with the perfect winter warmer. We've added a twist to the classic hot chocolate - still with the same sweet taste, but without any of the nasties! This treat is high in protein and diet-friendly, which will ensure that you stay on track during the winter.

 

Ingredients

1 cup water, boiled
1/3 cup water, fresh
1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
Dash of Cinnamon (or cocoa powder)

 

Directions

  1. Blend 1/3 cup of water, protein powder and cocoa powder until combined. (Make sure you don't blend too long as you don't want too much volume)
  2. Pour the mixture into a cup
  3. Slowly pour in the boiled water. Stir well.
  4. Stir in maple syrup and top with cinnamon or cocoa powder.
  5. Enjoy! (For some extra indulgence, add some yummy Women's Best treats! on the side)
