Now that the cold season is nearly here, we have come up with the perfect winter warmer. We've added a twist to the classic hot chocolate - still with the same sweet taste, but without any of the nasties! This treat is high in protein and diet-friendly, which will ensure that you stay on track during the winter.
1 cup water, boiled
1/3 cup water, fresh
1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
Dash of Cinnamon (or cocoa powder)
- Blend 1/3 cup of water, protein powder and cocoa powder until combined. (Make sure you don't blend too long as you don't want too much volume)
- Pour the mixture into a cup
- Slowly pour in the boiled water. Stir well.
- Stir in maple syrup and top with cinnamon or cocoa powder.
