You have such an inspiring and motivating story. Tell us about your fitness and health journey. As a young teen i constantly had confusion when it came to “health” and through lack of knowledge towards it, restricting became my idea of fitness and health. unconsciously creating an unhealthy relationship with food. After years of suffering I have finally learnt that nourishment is the most important thing when it comes to health, and true health comes once you start to love yourself.
What advice would you give to those who are wanting to achieve a healthier lifestyle both mentally and physically? Start to work WITH your body, rather then against it. Listen to your mind/body and be grateful for what you have RIGHT now but also mindful of what goals you want to achieve.
Describe an average day in the life of Christie. My days lately consist of, filming, amazing vegan food, work, gym in the afternoons and trying my best keep up to date on social media.
What do you love about being vegan? I LOVE HOW BEING VEGAN MAKES ME FEEL MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY. I love knowing that each and every meal I eat I am putting my bit into the environment.
If you could live on one vegan meal, it would be... SWEET POTATO.
You biggest source of motivation is... My biggest motivation is when you see results.
Your secret to happiness is... Love yourself and learn to control your own mind.
