This yummy creation not only looks great, but tastes so incredible! It is made up of granola, coconut yogurt, fruit and vanilla chia layers. This is the perfect afternoon pick-me-up, or summer breakfast!
CHIA GEL (Prepared overnight)
1 cup water
4 tablespoons chia seeds
1 mango, diced
- For the chia gel, create a protein shake by mixing the vanilla protein powder with water.
- In a container, stir the protein shake with the chia seeds until evenly distributed throughout the liquid.
- Place the chia mixture in the fridge to set overnight.
- The next morning, begin layering the chia gel, granola, mango and yogurt evenly.
