Day 11: Give yourself a face mask


Today’s challenge is definitely more of a treat than a task.

There’s nothing quite like taking 20 minutes to yourself with a nourishing face mask refreshing and reinvigorating your skin.

Lay yourself somewhere quiet, or play some soft music to help you relax.

There are plenty of amazing face masks out there. But if you’d prefer to make one yourself, here is one of our favourites- made entirely from ingredients in your pantry!

This moisturizing mask is perfect for normal to dry skin. It helps rehydrate your skin, has anti-aging effects, and smells incredible.

  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

  • 1 tablespoon of honey

  • Half a mashed avocado or banana for moisturizing

Blend these ingredients together well and apply to skin. Leave on 10 to 20 minutes then wash off. And try not to eat it all! If you want extra hydration and anti-aging benefits add a few drops of rosehip oil. bar1
