Day 15: Do 100 sit-ups before work
While we're in the spirit of waking up early to exercise - today's challenge is 100 sit-ups!
Get those abs working while you're still on an empty stomach and feeling light. Make sure you're on a padded surface, like on of our natural yoga mats,
so your back is comfortable and supported. Do 100 sit-ups, 5 sets of 20.
