Day 16: Dry brush your body
Dry brushing is an invigorating way to exfoliate the skin and promote circulation, leaving skin healthy, smooth and bright.
The procedure can slough off dead skin cells, eliminate toxins, boost circulation, and even reduce cellulite! Use a brush with strong bristles and always brush towards the heart. Using long, upward strokes, start brushing your skin at your feet and work up your legs one at a time. Then move up your mid-section (front and back) and across your chest. Finish by brushing up your arms from your fingertips toward your armpits. Jump in the shower afterwards and make sure you hydrate your skin by moisturising. We love using coconut oil!
