Throw away all the processed, sugary, and unhealthy food. It’s time for a new start with your diet and the first thing that needs a makeover is your pantry and refrigerator. It’s impossible to commit to a healthy eating plan if you have bad temptations in the house. So be brutal, cleanse your home of all the toxins and re-stock it with fresh, nutrient-rich produce.
