Your challenge today is to make some time to take a walk with a friend.
Try and walk somewhere surrounded by nature. Breathe in the fresh air, listen to the peaceful sound of birds, and appreciate the beauty of this world. Today’s task is more than just walking for exercise. Going with a friend will give you time to talk and share what’s on your minds. It’s a fun, active, and therapeutic exercise all at once.
