We aim to address and dispatch all orders within a maximum of 5 working days. Typically orders are shipped same day via our automated system. Please ensure that delivery details are double checked before checkout as our system is an automatic dispatch system and orders cannot be amended once placed. Orders made online to a delivery address within Australia will be dispatched via AusPost Express. Orders will typically arrive between 1 to 5 business days from date of dispatch, depending on your location.
Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, or if incorrect details are provided during the checkout process. When your order is shipped you will be sent an email confirmation which will include an order number and must be used when enquiring about your order. Once dispatched and tracking details provided, SLINKII accepts no responsibly for delivery delays or loss of parcels. This must be pursued with the relevant shipping agent.
Please note we do not deliver to PO boxes, please provide us with a business or residential address.
We ship internationally to all countries using DHL. Please allow up to 10 working days after the date of dispatch to receive your order.
To calculate the delivery fee to your country, simply enter your full address at check out.
There may be Taxes or Duties applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery is made. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge, and are unable to be paid for, or reimbursed by SLINKII Athletic. Customers are responsible for paying any additional customs or duties charges that may be incurred on their order. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office. SLINKII Athletic will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delayed or lost shipment.

Return or Exchange Requirements
SLINKII Athletic want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased on www.slinkii.com, you are entitled to an exchange or a credit note within 7 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements:
- Proof of purchase at www.slinkii.com must be provided
- All tags must be in tact and attached
- Garment must be returned in original condition, unworn and unwashed - Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done, or hygiene stickers have been removed.
- Simply email us and we'll get you set for your exchange.
Please be careful when trying on items and avoid getting makeup, tan and other marks on the product. If items clearly do not meet the above requirements, they will be returned back to the customer.
Postage of Exchange
SLINKII Athletic does not accept responsibility of customer sent return or exchange packages; so it is advised that when shipping returns or exchanges that meet the above required criteria, customers should select a service that provides tracking.
PLEASE NOTE: Duty, tax and/or shipping costs incurred on an exchange order is at the customers’ expense and cannot be refunded unless deemed faulty by SLINKII Athletic

Whilst we take pride in our high quality production process, sometimes things can go awry during manufacturing. Should this be the case, SLINKII Athletic are happy to offer a full refund on the item.
Refunds will be processed in the method as the original payment within 5 business days of SLINKII Athletic receiving the return parcel. Notification will be automatically sent to nominated email address at the time of this transaction.
PLEASE NOTE: SLINKII Athletic cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing timeframes.
Exchanges or Replacements
SLINKII Athletic offer exchanges and/or replacements that meet the required criteria for another size, colour or item; subject to product availability. Coupon code for website may be issued to the value of the return if product is out of stock.
- These will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and notification of this transaction will be provided to the nominated email address.
- A limit of 1 exchange per order applies, unless product deemed faulty by SLINKII Athletic in which case a refund will be issued.
Please consider sale purchases carefully as they are not eligible for refund, credit or exchange, unless they are faulty and are returned within 7 days from the date the items were delivered.
