PEANUT BUTTER MOCHA PROTEIN SHAKE

This is the ultimate breakfast shake! We've taken the amazing taste and energy hit of a regular mocha, and transformed it into one that is high in protein, energising and delicious. The perfect power drink for those that are always on-the-go.

 

Ingredients

2 scoops Women's Best Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
1 cup almond milk (any milk will work)
1 banana
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon organic peanut butter
1 shot of espresso (you can also use cold brew or chilled coffee)
1 tablespoon cacao nibs (for a bit of crunch)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup of ice 

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender until blended into a thick and smooth consistency (adding whatever amount of ice you prefer - more for a thicker shake and less for a runnier shake).
  2. Serve into a cup and enjoy!
