NO-BAKE PROTEIN BLISS BALLS

The perfect crowd pleaser! Try this high-protein, quick and easy bliss balls! These are the perfect treats to add to your meal prep routine, as they don't any baking and are easy to whip up on the spot.

Ingredients

BLISS BALLS

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup Women's Best 'Vanilla' Whey Protein Powder
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon Women's Best Pure Coconut Oil
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup cacao nibs

TOPPING

Desiccated Coconut

 

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix all bliss ball ingredients until well combined.
  2. Firmly roll small portions of the mixture into balls, and set aside. If you find that the balls are too crumbly and dry, simply add more coconut oil as desired.
  3. Pour some desiccated coconut onto a large plate and roll each ball so they are evenly covered.
  4. Place the balls into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.

 

Information

Makes: Approximately 10-12 balls

Tip: Change up the toppings - try crushed nuts, seeds, or even coat the balls in melted dark chocolate!
